A birth is often messy, strange, amazing, and bloody. Not picture-perfect, but undeniably beautiful. Instead of creating a conventional advertising film, we opted for a documentary. Rather than a traditional voiceover, we crafted a poem recited by the esteemed Swedish actress Eva Röse.
In a time where borders seem to hold more significance than humanity, we emphasized that being born in Sweden has little to do with nationalism. It's about freedom, embracing our differences, and ensuring everyone feels welcome to create a life here. The film "Welcome" celebrates Libero's heritage and our role as part of the welcoming committee in a newborn's life.
